I had to go there to get my air conditioner fixed…over the summer..i know awesome right!! Well i got greeted right away by the front desk, allison and she was very receptive and very helpful and now one of my friends. Anyways, she made sure i felt super comfortable while waiting …and i hate waiting at the car repair shop but she made it fun for me. They fixed and checked it fast…none of the hour and wait stuff..but like in the hour! They fixed it and got the part in that week!!!! Yes it was a drive for me but it was well worth it! I'm an independent girl who at the time did not have a boyfriend so it was very easy for people to take advantage of but they didn't and loved my experience!
I had these guys install some wheel bearing on spindles I brought in. it looked like they used a blowtorch on it until the metal was blue then maybe smashed it with a sledge hammer to separate the halves. smashing the metal so bad the spindle had to be filed down to for the axle splices. that and the guy at the front desk has zero personality.
Great service. Had a screw in my tire they got me in and out and back on the road in no time!!
If I could give this shop a 0 star, I would. Took my car in to install 4 new tires. Was told my rim was cracked and that I needed to get a new set of wheels. Given no other alternatives or assistance to my issue, I was basically told to go away. I ended up at Alloy Wheel Specialist to get the crack repaired and it turned out there was not one. I was lied to and treated like a distraction in their way. Terrible customer service. I'll never go back and I don't recommend anyone getting service done here after such an impersonal experience.
5 Star is a full service shop that always gives me great service. Their prices are very reasonable...to the point I don’t shop around anymore. Not even for tires! I just bought my 3rd set on a promotion where you can get up to $100 back! I love this place because it’s locally owned and I don’t get the cooperate hassle of trying to sell me parts and services I don’t need. Here, they will go over the recommended preventative maintaince and how much the repairs will cost. Leaving me feeling satisfied with the services I’ve received from the money I’ve spent. It’s good to know when your vehicles are safe and road ready! Thanks to the 5 Star team! I really do appreciate it. See y’all soon!!!
