While I'm sure the processes and transactions inside the bank go smoothly, my recent experiences with electronically transferring my money were made incredibly complicated and frustrating. To verify my external account, they deposited and withdrew a few pennies within one day. After my account was verified, it took seven days to process my first real transfer.
I've recently been undergoing the process of transferring money from my Community Bank account to an outside bank. Community Bank does not handle these transactions internally. Instead, they use an outside company, Fiserv, to handle their bill pay and account transfer transactions.
Can't beat the friendly staff, I use CBPH for personal and business use and have nothing but good things to say about the entire organization. Way better than the large banks where you're just a number.
